Dean founded Strategikon to help entrepreneurs with small businesses that are ignored by the typical private equity fund. He has over a decade of experience as an investor and has conducted due diligence on hundreds of companies. Prior to Strategikon Dean worked in investor relations, as the head of research at a hedge fund, and as a partner in a long-only fund. He has an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.A. from American University in International Studies.
